Refund policy
Refunds and exchanges are available for items where a return is initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
Returns initiated after the 15-day window are not eligible for refund or exchange.
For orders placed under offers such as eg Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 2 Free, the refund amount will be calculated after adjusting for the proportionate discount applied to the lowest-priced item in the offer.
Items purchased with any discount or offer applied will be refunded after the offer discount has been deducted.
Orders are processed within a few hours of being placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing it — after this window, your order may already be packed and ready for dispatch, and changes may not be possible.
Once your returned item is received and confirmed to meet our return policy conditions, we'll process your refund via one of the following methods:
- Please keep the tags on and receipts safe. No take-backs without them.
When do I have to self ship the product? - Though a specific courier may deliver products to your address, they may not have the service for reverse pick up facility. In such cases you will have to ship the product back to us. Please connect with us, so we can quickly share the address for return. (** We will refund upto 140/- as courier charges.) - Bank Account Transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)

[www.fusionflex.in] can only accept returns for products purchased directly through our official online store. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through any third-party seller, marketplace, or retailer.
What Items Can Be Returned?
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase on all regular-priced items across our products.
Items returned without their original tags, or in a worn, washed, or damaged condition, cannot be refunded. In such cases, it will be the customer's responsibility to arrange return shipping if they wish to have the item sent back to them.
How Do I Return or Exchange a Product?
To initiate a return, you can either:
Submit a return request through our Email fusionflex02@gmail.com with your order number, within 15 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange a pickup if your pin code is eligible.
Processing timeline:
Reverse pickup is scheduled within 5 days of your return request
Exchanges are processed within 3–6 days of pickup
Refunds are processed once the item is received at our fulfillment center
Refunds are completed within 9–12 business days.
