1. ACCOUNT & SECURITY
• To access certain services, you must create an account with accurate details.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must not impersonate others, create false credentials, or set up multiple accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts or terminate access at any time for misuse or policy violations.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY
• We strive to display product colors, designs, and details accurately, but actual items may vary slightly from imagery.
• All orders are subject to stock availability and price updates.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
3. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS & PROCESSING FEES
• Accounts showing unusual patterns—such as excessively high return rates or repeated delivery failures—may be restricted following reasonable assessment.
• A reasonable return processing fee may be applied to accounts with unusually high return activity, disclosed prior to return initiation.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT
• All technology, logos, product designs, media, images, and text on FUSIONFLEX belong exclusively to us or our licensors.
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to browse and shop. Copying, reproducing, or downloading content for commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
5. FUSIONFLEX POINTS & STORE CREDITS
• Promotional points or store credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed
for cash, and may carry specific expiry dates or cart redemption limits.
• Points/credits cannot be combined with excluded coupon codes.
• We reserve the right to revoke credits or cancel orders in cases of suspected
fraudulent or illegal activity.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
• FUSIONFLEX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, FUSIONFLEX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or server outages).
• Any claim arising out of your use of the platform must be initiated within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.
7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes relating to FUSIONFLEX shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai.
